If your blood alcohol concentration is above a .08, your Arizona driver permit, nonresident driving privilege or license will be suspended for not less than 90 consecutive days. If you successfully complete an alcohol or drug screening, you may be eligible for a work restricted permit after the first 30 days of the suspension.
