What happens if I refused to take the blood, breath or urine test?

If you refused or failed to successfully complete the blood, breath or urine test, your Arizona driver permit, nonresident driving privilege or license will be suspended for not less than 12 months. If you install a certified ignition interlock device and obtaining SR-22 insurance you may be eligible for a work restricted permit after the first 90 days of the suspension.
